WORKOUT BY KEPPTIC
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Workout, a service operated by Kepptic. Read them carefully before using the service. Questions may be sent to support@kepptic.com.

These terms may be revised before broad launch.
Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Workout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter this agreement, or use Workout with any consent required from a parent or guardian. If you use Workout for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Access may remain invitation-only while capacity is limited. An invitation permits use under these terms but does not guarantee permanent access, a particular feature set, or uninterrupted availability.
The service
Workout provides structured training programs, scheduled workout views, set logging, timers, exercise guidance, suggested weights, progress views, offline caching, and synchronization for supported changes. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed, and maintenance or technical events may interrupt access. Kepptic may discontinue all or part of the service after reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts and magic links
You must provide an email address you control and keep access to that inbox secure. Workout uses magic links rather than passwords. Do not share a magic link, active session, or account access with another person. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@kepptic.com.
Health and safety — not medical advice
Workout is an organizational and informational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, individualized coaching, or emergency support. Suggested weights, exercise instructions, form cues, breathing cues, and timers are general guidance and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your health, experience, equipment, or circumstances.
You are responsible for selecting appropriate programs, exercises, loads, and rest; maintaining safe technique; inspecting equipment and your surroundings; and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or another warning sign. Consult an appropriate healthcare or qualified fitness professional before beginning or changing a program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an activity is safe for you. Seek emergency assistance through local emergency services when needed.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or disrupt the service; introduce malicious code; scrape or extract data at scale; impersonate another person; use Workout unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; or help someone do those things. You may not bypass invitations, security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions. Feedback and screenshots must not contain unlawful, harmful, confidential, or rights-infringing material.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of workout information, messages, feedback, and other content you submit. You grant Kepptic a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Workout. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any material you provide, including screenshots.
Offline operation and synchronization
Workout can cache available data and queue supported changes on a device, but offline availability is not guaranteed for every action, browser, or device. Some actions still require a connection. Unsynchronized information can be lost because of browser storage limits, cache clearing, expiration, device loss, software behavior, conflicts, or technical failure. Sync important pending changes before removing browser data or uninstalling the progressive web app.
Workout uses Last-Write-Wins conflict handling for applicable synchronized records. In plain language, when the server and a device contain different changes to the same record, the version marked as changed most recently is kept and the older version may be replaced. This avoids duplicate competing versions but means an earlier edit can be lost. Review synchronized workout records after reconnecting when accuracy is important.
Intellectual property
Kepptic and its licensors retain all rights in the Workout application, interface, branding, software, documentation, and original service content, excluding content you submit. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use Kepptic or Workout branding without permission.
Third-party services
Workout relies on third-party email, database, hosting, network, browser, and device infrastructure. An outage, security event, product change, or policy change affecting one of those providers may affect Workout’s availability or operation. Kepptic is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control, subject to rights that cannot be waived by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Workout at any time and may request account deletion through support@kepptic.com. Kepptic may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for a violation of these terms, abuse, a security risk, legal compliance, or protection of users or the service. When practical, Kepptic will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including ownership, necessary content rights, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and obligations arising from prior use.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workout is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preserved workout records, accurate calculations, compatibility with every device, or particular fitness outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and records and for maintaining any separate copy you consider important. Rights and warranties that applicable law does not allow Kepptic to exclude remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kepptic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost or corrupted data; service interruption; lost opportunity; injury arising from unsafe training choices; or reliance on exercise or suggested-weight guidance. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of Workout, your violation of these terms, or content you submit without the required rights. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by Kepptic’s own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and forum for a dispute will be determined by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before broad launch, Kepptic may revise this section to identify a governing jurisdiction and a reasonable dispute process after legal review. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact
Kepptic may revise these terms as Workout changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account communication before they take effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. The effective version is identified by the last-updated date. Questions may be sent to support@kepptic.com.
